Welcome to Kupon, a Reward & Loyalty App designed to enhance customer engagement through gamified promotions, digital stamp cards, and subscriptions. By accessing or using Kupon, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Kupon.
2. Use of the Service
Account Registration: You must create an account to use Kupon. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account.
License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Kupon strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use Kupon for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us, our service providers, or any other person.
Use Kupon to create a product or service that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for any of our products or services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of Kupon, or any other systems or networks connected to Kupon.
Use Kupon in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Kupon or interfere with any other party's use of Kupon.
4. Fees and Payment
Subscription Plans: Kupon offers various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any taxes as described on our website.
Billing: Subscription fees will be billed automatically at the start of the billing period. Your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel it.
Refunds: Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Kupon immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Kupon will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Kupon.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kupon, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use Kupon.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Kupon.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through Kupon by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Kupon.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use Kupon after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
